Booking online
Booking online is subject to our acceptance and confirmation in writing.

Acceptance of Booking
Bookings are accepted subject to the accommodation being available. Darling Travel (“DT”) and /or its agent reserve the right to decline to accept or refuse any person as a member of any party at any time.

Deposit 
A non refundable deposit of AUD1000 per person is required within 7 days of the confirmation of the booking. All rates shown are per person twin share and are in AUD unless specified.

Insurance
We recommend that travel insurance be taken for loss of deposit, cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage damages and loss, theft etc.

Balance
Balance is due in full 30 days prior to the tour date. Bookings made within this period must be fully paid upon confirmation within 7 days. A reservation will be cancelled automatically if full payment is not received by the due date.

Additional Services
DT may offer additional holiday services to be booked. Once confirmed, these must be paid within 7 days

Prices
All prices quoted are based upon current rates and are subject to change without notice.
Any verbal quote is an estimate only of the price which will be subject to a written advice or confirmation of the reservation. Prices are per person twin share. Individual bookings will be multiplied by two less extra person allowance for meals, lift pass and transport.

Meals
Where meals are provided these are half board basis menus available from the hotels’ set menus. There are no refunds for unused menu service.

Cancellations/Refunds
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation fee of AUD800 per person will be made plus any charges levied by ground operators, hotels, lift or transportation companies. Any refund due will not be processed until the relevant monies have been returned by suppliers to DT. Insurance covering cancellation is strongly advised as most cancellation policies are strict (100%). No refund is given in part or whole for unused days guided skiing, accommodation or transportation. DT reserves its right to cancel any of the ski tours at any time with refunds paid in full.
